Answer: That depends entirely on what they are filled with. If they are filled with dry leaves from that season, the easiest thing to use is a blower. If they are filled with old wet humus (from decayed leaves) or composite sand from the shingles, a scoop is the best thing. If the downspouts are clogged, usually water is the best thing to clear them. |
